Bring on the holiday fun!

Another Mac/Smith tradition is to go hunt for the Elf on the Shelf in various stores.  We have been doing this since the kids were little.  We keep thinking they will outgrow this tradition but so far, so good.
These two are looking like teenagers!
And then there are the TJ's...
Love me a good Christmas decor photo opp and the kids were kind enough to pose for me.
And then the littles said "Take a picture of us on this skateboarding dude"....
A bunch of the stores had tables set up outside and were giving away hot chocolate and treats.  Snip-its were doing complimentary hair coloring.  My boys were all over that!
Previn's scalp is still orange to this day...
Finding the elf in all the stores...
Olivia was the best at posing for pictures...she really committed...
Photo booth and arts and crafts....
We ran into that crime dog (McDuff?  McGruff?)...Take A Bite Out Of Crime kids...
Finally ended the night next to a balloon Christmas tree lady..  Angie suggested that should be my Halloween costume next year since I love Christmas!
Love this tradition

Sender One

The kids had the day off from school for Veteran's Day so we decided to do another MacSmith adventure.  We headed to an indoor climbing place that the boys went to with Jason last week.  The kids LOVED it!!
So many fun things to climb and everyone did great!  No whining or complaining...just a lot of climbing.
Even little Tessa now deemed this "her thing".
Ryden climbed all the way to this platform thing and then jumped off and grabbed this padded cylinder.  He hung on for dear life and swung for a few minutes.  ... American Ninja Warrior style.
One of my favorite ones was the glow in the dark tunnel....Trev made it all the way to the top of that thing.
Olivia was in hog heaven....
This city climb was a lot higher than it looks...
Up and down...up and down...
Ryden made it all the way to the tallest building...
Such a fun day!  Next time, Angie and I are going to ditch the kids and go by ourselves haha!

Halloween

I was a little sad that we didn't do a family themed Halloween this year.  But the boys wanted to choose their own outfits so that's what we let them do.  Introducing....a fidget spinner and Corey Seager of the Dodgers.  I got to go to the Halloween parade and take pics since I am the class photographer.  The little kinder were so cute!
Trevin sure got a lot of "look at the fidget spinner" and "hey cool costume"!  I was surprised he was the only fidget spinner since I found the costume on Amazon.
Fidget spinner front and center
It was so cool that both boys are now at the same school.  So Ry and Trev both got to watch each other walk in the parade.
High fives..
Such a cute little baseball player
Fidget being fidgety...
Trevin and his homeboy Grayson
I got to sneak away from the kinders and go take some pics of the 3rd graders being crazy..
A few of Ryden's homies....
Photo bomb dabber
Trevin and Mrs. Abrams....she is just the best teacher!!
 Tia, Trevin, and Silas
We met up with our friends to form a big group.  Then we headed out to trick or treat in the neighborhood.  There were SOOOO many kids.  I bumped into Vince Vaughn and didn't realize it until my friend told me.  Yes...the real Vince Vaughn....and no I didn't get a picture.
Ryden and his homegirl Mia....these two are just the best of friends.
SCORE!!  The boys set aside all of the Kit Kats for Papa but not sure they will make it to Arizona.
