Cousin is gettin' hitched!

Tomorrow Ryden and I are going to be heading to Tucson for about a week and a half to help with the final details for my cousin's wedding.  Yes it is the next twin's turn to take the plunge.  I am sooo excited and hope I will be put to work!  Can't wait to see everyone!!!  Love you Weeze/BFF

16 weeks

Just truckin' along.  I am feeling pretty good.  Past all the sickness and tiredness.  I have more energy so I am trying to go to the gym at least three times a week (partly because I also want to eat everything in sight so that helps balance a little).  We find out on Wednesday boy/girl and are super excited to know.  I must say I LOVED being pregnant the first time around but this time I am having mixed emotions.  Maybe it's because I am in the 'fat' stage right now which means I look like a chubby, beer drinking girl vs. a cute pregnant one.  I still can button my regular jeans but that won't last much longer!  We will keep everyone posted after our appointment on Wednesday.

Every time Ayla and Ryden are together she just LOVES on him.  Follows him around.  Constantly trying to hug/kiss him.  And even started sucking her fingers like RyRy.  She is such a mommy also.  Always making sure RyRy has snacks and water.  They are so cute together!

It's a girl!!.....For Claire

Our good friend Claire (Oliver's mom) is due in May with a little baby girl.  So Hun and I threw her a "sprinkle" to celebrate.  Out of the 11 of us that were there, FIVE are pregnant!  Lots of babies this year.

So much fun to get together and eat tons of food!!  Claire looked adorable as always and was super excited.  Hun made a super cute diaper cake and I made CD's for everyone

Life's a Beach!

Since the weather was about 77 degrees today, we hit the beach. 

Played some football with Dada and the waves

Everything was fine and dandy until Ryden stumbled and fell into the water.  It was cold and scary but he shed his wet clothes and did a few dances in the sand to get dry

He loved loved playing in the sand.  I think we took half the beach home with us!

I'M 21 MONTHS OLD!!

WEIGHT:  25.4 lbs
FAVORITE ACTIVITY:  Taking everything out of the drawers.  Playing basketball.  Going to the park with Dada.  Playing on the Iphone.
FAVORITE WORDS:  Miss/made it (when playing basketball), numbers 1-5, cactus, skateboar, bye bye dada
FAVORITE BOOK:  Fox in Socks
DISLIKES:  Being dropped off at the child watch when Mama works out at the YMCA.  He gets the saddest face and says 'bye bye mama' and then starts crying....so sad!!!
MAMA'S FAVORITE:  He has a little bit of Mama's boy attitude right now.  I'm eating it up because I know that will change in a few months.
DADA'S FAVORTIE:  Watching him play basketball, listening to him say ABC's and count on his fingers.  Making Ry laugh

Happy Birthday Julie and Brandi!

Since Julie and Brandi's birthday's fall a day apart, we went out to dinner to celebrate both of them.  Girls nights out are always fun but because I am preggers, I end up being DD.  This means I have to watch while the others drink wine.  This also means I am ready to leave while the others are still chatting away.  Boring Betty!!!  At least Claire is preggers too but seems to be better at it then me :)  We did get two amazing desserts to share and managed to laugh all night about fun girl things (mainly our creepy waiter!)

Fun stuff

On Sunday we were a little bored so we headed to the Aquarium at Legoland.  It's nice to live so close because we only stayed for about 1/2 hour and then we were done.  It was a little crowded because of the three day weekend.  Ryden was semi-interested.  Dada was really interested

Ryden also got to go to Kidsville with his good friend Sam.  I love how they both played in the house with all the baby dolls, kitchens, and strollers

And of course Ry pushed the pink shopping cart everywhere

I was looking everywhere for Ryden.  I finally found him in the "school" reading a book and playing with a toy he has at home

12 Weeks

I know this isn't the greatest picture but I decided I don't want to show my bare belly anymore.  It's just not tan enough so the baby bump will be covered with a tank top from now on.  And I will try to take a less shadowy pic.  Other than the severe cold I caught, I am feeling great.  No more sickness...little more energy.  Second trimester here we come!

Skate it up!

Airspeed hosted a skate demo a few weeks ago at a local skate park.  A few pro skateboarders stopped by sportin' their Airspeeds and showed us some cool tricks.  Ryden was in awe...I was roasting to death.  It was pretty cool to watch I must say
