Coolest park evah!

We took the kiddos to the coolest park on Wednesday.  It was in San Marcos and had a great play structure and tons of grass to run on.  But the best part was the water play area.  The babes had a blast!  Who knew Ryden would like getting sprayed with water!  Ayla didn't mind either!

IPAD IS ACTUALLY USEFUL FOR SOMETHING....

Ryden loves to watch his Dr. Seuss books on it.. Although I just HAD TO HAVE the IPAD 3g when it came out, I have quickly come to the realization that its main function is for playing games (same as iphone) but bigger and playing Ryden's movies.  Since the movies are interactive and he touches the screen to turn the page -- its not like he's watching tv..... right? right?

Disneyland again? Really?

It was nice that Daddy and Grandma got to come this time too!  Boy was it a hot one though.  And a tad bit crowded for the summertime but still super duper fun!

Since Jason and Teresa fought over rights to hold Ryden, Melinda and I let them ride with the boy all the time.  And we rode together and took self-portraits!

Melinda's day...errr weekend

Most of you know that us girls don't just celebrate our birthDAY....we celebrate our birthWEEKEND and Melinda's happens to fall on a three day one. 

FRIDAY

Stacey, Teresa and I took Melinda out.  Yes, we all wore wigs and yes we looked awesome! (ok kinda silly but whatev).  We even got to sing Happy Birthday to her

SATURDAY

Jason and Melinda's dad came to town so we took bday girl out for dinner.  Yummy Yummy steak and then movie time after.  Chill night

MONDAY

Another chill day but this was Melinda's actual birthday. We hung out by the "pool" and BBQ'd some burgers.  The weekend was topped off by an excellent birthday cake...ahhh sugar.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTIE MEL
