Happy 2nd Birthday Oliver!

Our very good friend Oliver just turned two so we celebrated with him at a park.  So much fun!  Of course, I forgot my camera so a few iphone photos will have to do...
One of the first photos of Oli and Ryden together....my how they have grown (and gotten hair!)
Happy Birthday BFF!!  Glad we are friends!  Love, Ry dog

San Diego Fun!

The fam came out to SD for 4th of July like they do every year so we got to go hang out with them at Mission Beach. It was a calm 4th filled with beach time, family time, and margarita time.  I was slacking on my picture taken skills.  Ryden and I went down to visit again a few days after 4th and I managed to get a few more photos.
Walking to the roller coaster
Looking large
Now we all know how much Ry enjoys a good carousel ride right?  Well as we were waiting he kept saying he wanted to ride the panda.  When Aunt Katie took him on he changed his mind and went on a horse.  BIG MISTAKE!  When the ride started up he full on MELTED DOWN!  Started screaming that he wanted the panda!  The guy had to stop the ride and poor Katie was traumatized!  Kinda funny if you ask me
Walking home by the beach (notice the huge stash of cotton candy under the stroller)

Boat time again!

We rented a boat again today and took it out for a quick spin.  Ryden had a blast except for the fact that he had to wear a life vest.  Not a fan!  But he did make sure to dress in his coolest 80's gear for the day
The water was super choppy which made for quite a bumpy ride.  We were all holding on for dear life with crazy Jason driving.  But we had a few relaxing moments as well
Teresa was the only one brave enough to jump in.  I would have but no one would have been able to pull me back in!
Not sure how Trev dog felt about the bumpy ride
Now lets just hope my husband is not on Craig's list looking for a boat to buy!

32 Weeks!

HOLY COW!  Did I swallow several basketballs?  And why do I look so scared??  Ok these pictures are getting worse and worse but only 8 more weeks to go!  Still doing good.  Even after walking all over NYC.  I'm ready to not be pregnant anymore though.  Just want to meet the new boy already!  I am still so tired and have zero energy during the day but still try to do fun activities to keep Ry entertained.  I also blame it on the heat (I hear all my AZ peeps moaning right now as I complain about the 80 degree weather while they are stuck with 115 degree days).  But carrying an extra 20 pounds sure does make a difference.  But for the most part I am happy and still lovin' my little belly (ok HUGE belly)  Trevin is so active...always moving (except when Aunties try to feel).  I can imagine how cramped he is.  Two more months buddy!

New York City....Jersey Style...DAY THREE

Our third and final day was spent walking (of course) around Hoboken, NJ with our good friends Katie and Max.  They are getting married about a week before my due date so I can't attend.  It was nice to see them one last time before they are husband and wife.  We had such a great time!  Such a cool little town!
And yet....another park.  This one looked like it was straight out of Sesame Street

We stopped by and visited Jason's old buddy Cameron.  Baby Declan is 3 1/2 months and just the cutest ever!
Ryden was more interested in the meow meow
Katie reading 'Hungry Caterpillar' to Ry...super cute!
Cameron, Grace, and baby Declan
On the roof top of their apartment.  Great views!
Sun is so so bright...according to Ry (and yes he STILL has that Shamu tattoo on!)
Goofy Mixwell
Some randoms
The last and final playground of the trip
Checkin' out the chicks
And Tyson's bff....KOBE JONES
Well that does it for our NYC trip of 2011.  What a great time with sister, friends, and dogs.  Now I must go catch up on my sleep!  Thanks to everyone for entertaining us!

New York City....is so pretty...DAY TWO

Our second day was spent doing fun things with Dada since he didn't have to work.  And that included an awesome boat tour.  There were literally about 6 other people on the boat so we had it pretty much to ourselves.  Ryden loved it!
The famous lady
Goofy
Doing a few dance moves
Brooklyn bridge
Brobee enjoying the ride
Chillin with his boy and a beer
Gettin' sleepy
Trying to look cool...
...and then Ryden had a few laughs on the subway
After the boat ride we stopped to watch some skateboarders
Of course, we can't resist a carousel although Ry seemed bored the whole time
Checkin out the water
And yet another playground!
Max and Katie met us for dinner (why does Max have a normal face and Jason doesn't)
Kinda pissed off
Me and Katie
So ready to go!
Passed out and it was only 6:30.  He woke up an hour later and was ready to party!
Another great day spent walking and having fun!
